Field Notes 001: Tokyo Nights

Like most filmmakers, I have a ton of random footage sitting on hard drives collecting dust.  Field Notes is a new series of deep cuts from the archive. Years of footage, travels, people, and moments that never had a home. I hope you enjoy the memories as much as I do.

Episode 001 Japan is one of my favorite places on Earth. It's hard to explain the energy and feeling you get, roaming the streets of Tokyo at night. These are a few random clips, from a few random nights.
